Today the 44th World Heritage Conference, which is being held in Fuzhou, world heritage sites news – “Quanzhou: Song and Yuan China’s World Maritime Trade Center” was approved for inclusion in the World Heritage List. So far, the total number of World Heritage Sites in China has reached 56 world heritage sites. This is the only cultural heritage project declared by China at this conference, consisting of 22 representative monuments and sites and their associated environments and spaces.
